From M. MAURICE ALLAIS, French Nobel Prize winner in economics.
"It is about fundamental reforms that affect the everyday lives of millions of citizens. These indispensable reforms have not been realised, have not even been considered, neither by the liberals rightly concerned in furthering the economy’s efficiency, nor by the socialists rightly attached to the equitable distribution of income… Each and every one has been continually blinded by the incessant repetition from all parts by pseudo truths and incorret prejudices. "

1. At the very beginning, the German poster reads: Full-Money Initiative for crisis-free (or crisis-secure) money: money creation through the National Bank alone.
Then (still in Germany) we read: The Full-Money Initiative: Justice begins with sound money (or the right money), Dr. oec. Francois de Siebenthal, member of the Full-Money Initiative in Romandie (French part of Switzerland)
Quote from Maurice Allais about the necessity of fundamental reforms which neither liberal capitalism (which is rightly concerned with the efficacy of the economy) or socialism (which is rightly concerned with equality of income) have tried or even envisaged.
Francois' talk:
Some small corrections in blockletters:
Initiative Full-Money
Three words:
Initiative, because we Swiss are all sovereigns. We are the king.
Money, because money is a public good.
Full, because right now money is not full - we will explain why.
The first duty of a King, said St. Louis, GLOVIS 9, King of France, is to provide money or make sound money for his people.
We Swiss, we kings, sovereigns, want good money. We do not have good money. Our capacity as kings to provide ourselves with money is stolen right now by the present system that has been in place for a long time.
We what to create money for ourselves for the sovereigns.
We want to stop the privatization OF THE PROFITS and the socialization of loss.
What are the consequences of the present system?
Millions of Swiss get up, go to work, come back late in the evening, do not have time for their children, are indebted, live at the poverty level, subordinated to private and public debts.
Governments reduce services: post office, education, etc., etc.
Families suffer as a result, but we families have the right to breathe financially, etc.
The solution that is proposed by the authorities is more debt at interest, new taxes, new pressures, etc.
The present system, however, thanks to robots, computers, automation, produces an almost unlimited amount of wealth; we are engaging in superproduction. We have an abundance of everything .. wheat, butter, cheese .. much is thrown away ... it is a shameful waste.
All of this superproduction could benefit people. Also there is a reduction in the need for human labour. What to do if robots eventually produce everything and people have no salary? We have to find an equitable solution, otherwise there will be a war. They plan scarcity or create scarcity while we are living in abundance. A certain percentage of the population is already without jobs and income; we give them the minimum to survive. All this for the benefit of a few bankers, speculators, etc.
We need a modern, dynamic economy, with no limited budgets. The country can and ought to create its own money. We are the sovereigns and we must create the money for ourselves. We rent our money now; that is inadmissible.
The state should create and issue and control the volume of the money without debt and without interest, otherwise we are renters. At all times money should follow the movements of production and consumption so that there is an equilibrium that is maintained between consumption and production.
We can produce everything; the only difficulty is to distribute this abundance. But the powers-that-be make us believe that we are living in scarcity and require austerity.
If we become again the owners of our money we will have more time for noble tasks: education, research, raising/formation of children, art, etc.
We will limit taxes, the salaries, bonuses of certain bankers, financiers, the exorbitant dividends of certain privileged ones. We must finally distribute the advantages of technical power, robots, and the super abundance made possible by machines.

« Il s'agit de réformes fondamentales qui intéressent la vie de tous les jours de millions de citoyens. Ces réformes indispensables n'ont été réalisées, ni même envisagées, ni par les libéraux justement préoccupés de favoriser l'efficacité de l'économie, ni par les socialistes justement attachés à l'équité de la distribution des revenus… Les uns et les autres n'ont cessé d'être aveuglés par la répétition incessante de toutes parts de pseudo vérités et par des préjugés erronés. »

Ladies and Gentlemen, they sometimes say that you cannot lie to everybody all the time, but yes, we have been tricked. They have lied to us for centuries. The banking system is false.
And we Swiss, because we are sovereigns, we can put an end to the perpetual lie. We can be a model for the whole world. No, to the tribute of theft that comes from money created out of nothing. Maurice Allais says that the creation of money out of nothing is like the creation of false money. The creators of this money are counterfeiters. The world banking system is a system of false money, of counterfeiters and a system of renting money with interest and interest [compound] has an exponential curve the more time passes [gives equation] It is a mathematical function that is slow at the beginning and steep at the end and the whole world suffers from this exponential explosion of interest.
Say no to money created out of nothing; we therefore what public money, not a commodity. It is a public good. We must retake control of this public good. We are owners of the money. This is full-money. Thanks for your attention.
· "In essence, the present creation of money, out of nothing by the banking system, is similar – I do not hesitate to say it in order to make people clearly realize what is at stake here – to the creation of money by counterfeiters, so rightly condemned by law." MAURICE ALLAIS, French Nobel Prize winner in economics.
My last speech in Bern is adapted to very hard journalists, and was a victory, according to spécialist of the Mass-Media.
The best part was the questions and answers, and we made clear that the money will be distributed to all citizen thnaks to the other initiative called RBI in French, that means unconditional basic income of 2800 $ for adults and a little less for the little ones.http://desiebenthal.blogspot. ch/2013/10/the-rubin-report- switzerland-basic.html

The swiss rule is the unity of matter in one initiative, we have to stick to this principle. It is the main reason we have several initiatives going now, each one has to deal with one subject.
If we were stronger, we could have launched a general revision of the whole constitution, but this is very difficult for now. It could come.
