Leaked Wikileaks Doc Reveals US Military Use of IMF, World Bank as "Unconventional" Weapons
All parties involved should cooperate for a serious independant, international and neutral commission looking and establishing the real facts about the death of the 7 nuns of Saint Mother Teresa of Calcutta, invited in Yemen by the former Président, nuns killed in two places and at two differnent dates in Yemen with 12 collaborators !
One is still alive and has the courage to stay in Yemen.
Mass interception of entire populations is not only a reality, it is a secret new industry spanning 25 countries
It sounds like something out of Hollywood, but as of today, mass interception systems, built by Western intelligence contractors, including for ’political opponents’ are a reality. Today WikiLeaks began releasing a database of hundreds of documents from as many as 160 intelligence contractors in the mass surveillance industry. Working with Bugged Planet and Privacy International, as well as media organizations form six countries – ARD in Germany, The Bureau of Investigative Journalism in the UK, The Hindu in India, L’Espresso in Italy, OWNI in France and the Washington Post in the U.S. Wikileaks is shining a light on this secret industry that has boomed since September 11, 2001 and is worth billions of dollars per year. WikiLeaks has released 287 documents today, but the Spy Files project is ongoing and further information will be released this week and into next year.
International surveillance companies are based in the more technologically sophisticated countries, and they sell their technology on to every country of the world. This industry is, in practice, unregulated. Intelligence agencies, military forces and police authorities are able to silently, and on mass, and secretly intercept calls and take over computers without the help or knowledge of the telecommunication providers. Users’ physical location can be tracked if they are carrying a mobile phone, even if it is only on stand by.
But the WikiLeaks Spy Files are more than just about ’good Western countries’ exporting to ’bad developing world countries’. Western companies are also selling a vast range of mass surveillance equipment to Western intelligence agencies. In traditional spy stories, intelligence agencies like MI5 bug the phone of one or two people of interest. In the last ten years systems for indiscriminate, mass surveillance have become the norm. Intelligence companies such as VASTech secretly sell equipment to permanently record the phone calls of entire nations. Others record the location of every mobile phone in a city, down to 50 meters. Systems to infect every Facebook user, or smart-phone owner of an entire population group are on the intelligence market.
Selling Surveillance to Dictators
When citizens overthrew the dictatorships in Egypt and Libya this year, they uncovered listening rooms where devices from Gamma corporation of the UK, Amesys of France, VASTech of South Africa and ZTE Corp of China monitored their every move online and on the phone.
Surveillance companies like SS8 in the U.S., Hacking Team in Italy and Vupen in France manufacture viruses (Trojans) that hijack individual computers and phones (including iPhones, Blackberries and Androids), take over the device, record its every use, movement, and even the sights and sounds of the room it is in. Other companies like Phoenexia in the Czech Republic collaborate with the military to create speech analysis tools. They identify individuals by gender, age and stress levels and track them based on ‘voiceprints’. Blue Coat in the U.S. and Ipoque in Germany sell tools to governments in countries like China and Iran to prevent dissidents from organizing online.
Trovicor, previously a subsidiary of Nokia Siemens Networks, supplied the Bahraini government with interception technologies that tracked human rights activist Abdul Ghani Al Khanjar. He was shown details of personal mobile phone conversations from before he was interrogated and beaten in the winter of 2010-2011.
How Mass Surveillance Contractors Share Your Data with the State
In January 2011, the National Security Agency broke ground on a $1.5 billion facility in the Utah desert that is designed to store terabytes of domestic and foreign intelligence data forever and process it for years to come.
Telecommunication companies are forthcoming when it comes to disclosing client information to the authorities - no matter the country. Headlines during August’s unrest in the UK exposed how Research in Motion (RIM), makers of the Blackberry, offered to help the government identify their clients. RIM has been in similar negotiations to share BlackBerry Messenger data with the governments of India, Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates.
Weaponizing Data Kills Innocent People
There are commercial firms that now sell special software that analyze this data and turn it into powerful tools that can be used by military and intelligence agencies.
For example, in military bases across the U.S., Air Force pilots use a video link and joystick to fly Predator drones to conduct surveillance over the Middle East and Central Asia. This data is available to Central Intelligence Agency officials who use it to fire Hellfire missiles on targets.
The CIA officials have bought software that allows them to match phone signals and voice prints instantly and pinpoint the specific identity and location of individuals. Intelligence Integration Systems, Inc., based in Massachusetts - sells a “location-based analytics” software called Geospatial Toolkit for this purpose. Another Massachusetts company named Netezza, which bought a copy of the software, allegedly reverse engineered the code and sold a hacked version to the Central Intelligence Agency for use in remotely piloted drone aircraft.
IISI, which says that the software could be wrong by a distance of up to 40 feet, sued Netezza to prevent the use of this software. Company founder Rich Zimmerman stated in court that his “reaction was one of stun, amazement that they (CIA) want to kill people with my software that doesn’t work."
Orwell’s World
Across the world, mass surveillance contractors are helping intelligence agencies spy on individuals and ‘communities of interest’ on an industrial scale.
The Wikileaks Spy Files reveal the details of which companies are making billions selling sophisticated tracking tools to government buyers, flouting export rules, and turning a blind eye to dictatorial regimes that abuse human rights.
How to use the Spy Files

Wikileaks founder and DiEM25 member Julian Assange arrested!
When Julian decided to uncover the mass secrets of global war crimes, espionage and dirty corporate deals, he had to fight his own instinct to keep these secrets unexposed so as to protect himself. He knew that he could spend his entire life in prison, victim of made-up lies about his persona, his well-being torn apart. All that has come true - and it could now be even worse… And now the time has come for him - and for us to take action!
Sign to avoid Assange is extradited to the US
A few weeks ago we alerted you. Through a leak we learnt the US was gearing up to give Julian the final blow. A secret plan to have Julian extradited - and his struggle terminated.
A European country, the United Kingdom, has given in to pressure from Donald Trump, and has handed Julian over. This amounts to nothing less than a coordinated crackdown on a journalist and activist: and this is part of the authoritarian shift that is taking place world-wide – from the US to Turkey, from Hungary to Brazil, and now from Ecuador to… the UK.
People’s mobilization have stopped similar demands for extradition for other hero whistleblowers like Hervé Falciani - who now lives happily in Spain after years of legal harassment. Let’s mobilise again, this time for Julian, before it’s too late! Showing citizens’ resistance could stop Julian’s extradition.
Sign to avoid Assange is extradited to the US
The brave actions of whistleblowers strengthen transparency and democracy - and often they also give us some of our money back. When 600 amongst the richest people in Spain evaded more than 300 million euros, it was only thanks to Hervé Falciani -who challenged the interests of greedy corporations- that Spanish people could get the evaded money back, to invest in healthcare and education. But instead of hailing him as a hero, Falciani was persecuted.
Now, the governments of the UK is an accomplice of Julian Assange’s suffering. “The [US] government bringing criminal charges against someone for publishing truthful information is a dangerous path for a democracy to take.” says Barry Pollack, an American lawyer representing Assange.
Just like people speaking up for Falciani made a difference for him, mobilising now could make a difference for Assange. But we need to act fast, as the extradition could be processed any time now - even today! Would you support the petition thousands have already signed the petition?
Sign to avoid Assange is extradited to the US
“Julian is in custody for breaching bail conditions imposed over a warrant that was… rescinded. Anyone else would be fined and released. Except that Julian Assange’s persecution is all about challenging our right to know about the crimes governments commit in our name,” has said today DiEM25 founder and European Parliament candidate, Yanis Varoufakis.
What this extradition could mean is clear: if not the death penalty then life in a supermax prison and ill treatment. The very extradition of Julian Assange to the US would at the same time mean a gigantic blow to freedom of the press in Europe and the West. The message would be clear: persecute voices of dissent and create an atmosphere of fear.
“This is is an attack on press freedom - yes - and journalists should worry. But even more importantly to me is that Julian is a human being who has integrity, a proven track record with Wikileaks - he is NO coward. His sacrifice cannot be in vain due to politics as usual. Corruption- War Crimes are lent to be exposed to keep us safe. I can’t imagine what the world be without the only credible news source - Wikileaks.“ -- Pamela Anderson

During question period, Mr François de Siebenthal asked for the floor, we gave him the floor by filming him on the big screens, he thanked him for the invitation, but he said that he was very sad... That in a conference for freedom of expression, we don't have it, this freedom, and that it's a pleasure!
Indeed, our many documents, brought in seven pieces of luggage specially for this conference, were seized and destroyed several times by veiled male officials, despite the permission of the authorities who kindly set up a table in the best place for us to do so, remarks said calmly and with a thank you in Arabic at the end of this short intervention... صحّا، صحّيت، شوكرا
Immediately, the director of AL Jazeera came to talk to him in front of the whole room and said that he would fix it, the deputy director of AL Jazeera came to see us and told us to go get our documents and put them back on our table. We immediately go to our rooms to pick up and put some more.
While we are in our rooms on the 19th floor, the Deputy Director of AL Jazeera explained to the participants that he was apologizing for the incident and that we would put documents back on the table and he added that those who had read these documents even in their room all night said that it was very very good and that it was the truth.
We came back after his speech, it was the people who told us what had happened, at 11:00 at the Tea Break all the participants came to see us and take some documents, congratulate us etc.
From 11:30 to 13:00 Report Back From Panel and Conclusion
at 13:00 back at the table for more distribution, discussions, exchanges etc., after lunch and discussions etc.
Conclusion of the report
1) More than 900 Brochures (Who are the true masters of the world) distributed.
2) The circular in Arabic and French (Île des Naufragés) all distributed
3) 26 to 30 people who want to come to Rougemont from 20 September to 4 October (study week plus international congress), this figure is provisional
We have a dozen friends who have been working every day since the meeting in Doha to convince their friends to come, some of them have received the grace to understand our work and Economic Democracy. They are the ones who told us that.
4) We only have 300 documents left in French and 300 in English (Who are the real masters of the world?). Thank you to Mr. Lambert Boucher....
5) We have a meeting coming up in Geneva with officials from Qatar (when?) not yet decided.
6) Next Wednesday we have a meeting for the application of Economic Democracy with Mr Chuzel from France.
7) We have been on television in all Arab and Muslim countries and in the world wherever there is free television.
8) there are 3 or 4 people who want to work full-time with us, that's already what they've been doing since.
9) on the television AL Jazeera they have put in particular a video on the misdeeds of debt ( Debt Machine) to see
10) We point out that the cartoons criticize our governments and not the one of the country that welcomes us... Our gifts to the Emir were much appreciated by the prince, including Mr. Paul Landon's Crucifix and books on social credit or economic democracies, and it continues............... this is only the beginning... (the Arab telephone is working at full capacity...
All this because we want to do God's will, that is what the participants at the Doha meeting told us.
Good experiences:
To stay at the table for a long time between the two doors of the great meeting room, the best place given to us by Providence, to discuss and distribute documents, to sit and stay at meals at the largest and most visible tables in the lobby at the end of the conferences when everything is in order.
Immediately accept all requests for meetings or interviews.
Many smiles and complain of persecution only with much love and calm.
Sympathize with everyone, including the various employees and excellent translators.
Remain together, when one speaks, the other prays to all the guardian angels present to open the hearts of the powerful involved in these conflicts and to foster peace instead of atrocious wars for the weakest.
Benoit Ouellet and François de Siebenthal
May God bless you all
